mosswane

/ cozy but mortal

a cozy game about a dying place. you raise a small, mortal creature and pilot it into a rotting frontier - to salvage what you can before the rot takes the zone, and you with it.

free forever · solo-pve · power is never for sale · your lineage and what it leaves behind are yours to own and trade.

free, forever · a creature that ages and dies · be a founding bloodline

the loop

go down. gather salvage before it rots in your bag. the rot-tide rises behind you the whole time. make it back to the edge and extract, or lose everything you grabbed. bank what you saved. rebuild your refuge a little. go again. and somehow you want to.

what you're really doing

not chasing a score. you're raising a creature through its short life, building a home against the rot, and leaving a lineage behind when it's gone.

mortality, the part that matters most

the husk ages every time it descends. one day it dies of old age, and its heir rises, carrying a memory of the one before. you lose nothing for this. no reset, no penalty. you just lose the creature you raised - something you'll actually be sad to lose. that's the whole idea.

the plan (built in the open)

no costume

most onchain games this year are a money-machine wearing a game. you feel it in thirty seconds. mosswane is the other thing - a creature, a frontier, and the rot, first. the economy sits on top of a game that already works, and it trades what you are, never what you can do.

the firewall

a few lines we will not cross, ever. they are the whole reason this place is worth your time. the token lives entirely on this side of them - it moves identity and legacy, never power.

for the early ones

the lineage remembers who came first. play now, while it's rough, and you're among the founding bloodlines. that's what the early ones get - your place in this world, earned by being here first, and now yours to truly own on-chain. no airdrop for nothing, no easy money. a lineage you were here to raise before anyone, that no one can farm after you.
